She was dealing with crooks, fraud applications, counterfiet situations, account take-overs, mail/internet fraud, and identity theft. It was a great learning experience for her. She misses teaching but sooner or later she is sure she will go back to it. Payal got married last year and has moved to Zimbabwe with her South African husband!! Last we have heard she really likes it there although the environment is very different.
